I used mycorporation to help with forming my business, and uh, the guidance just didn’t really clear things up for me. A few of the steps felt vague, and I still ended up searching around on my own to figure out what I actually needed to file. Maybe it works fine for other people, but I was frustrated with the process.

The site seemed legit overall, I think. Most of it looked trustworthy, but there were a few parts that felt a little unclear or made me hesitate. I’d probably use it again, but I’d definitely double-check the details before paying

"Checkout felt way too pushy"
The service itself was okay, but the checkout process really put me off. I kept getting hit with add-ons and upsells, and it got annoying quickly. I wasn’t expecting to have to dodge so many extras just to finish my order. i’d appreciate an apology or at least some acknowledgment that the experience was frustrating

I got frustrated with how unclear the communication was. The emails were super vague, and I kept having to ask the same questions just to get a straight answer. It made the whole process way more confusing than it needed to be. Maybe other people have a smoother experience, but for me it just wasn’t great — and having to keep chasing basic info like that part was weird.

I was fully expecting to sit around waiting for updates, but they came through fast and I didn’t have to keep following up with anyone. How often does that happen?? Overall, it was a really smooth experience and I’ve got no complaints

The site was easy to use for the most part, and I was able to get through the forms without too much hassle. That said, a few sections were kind of confusing, and I had to backtrack more than I wanted to. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just a little annoying and not as smooth as it could be.

"Got it fixed, but it took a little while"
I had a problem with my filing order and it stressed me out more than I expected. Support did get back to me, but it took a couple messages before I felt like I was getting a clear answer.
Once I ended up with the right person, things got a lot better. They explained what went wrong and helped get it fixed, so I do appriciate that they followed up instead of just leaving me stuck.
Overall, it worked out in the end, but the whole process could be smoother. I woudn’t say it was a bad experience, just kinda average.

"Canceling was fine, refund was slow"
I used mycorporation.com for a filing, but then realized I didn’t actually need everything I had ordered. Canceling wasn’t too bad, I just had to reach out to support and wait for them to get back to me.
The refund did come through in the end, it just took longer than I thought it would. They answered my questions, but I felt like I had to follow up a couple times to keep things moving. Overall it wasn’t a horrible experience, but it wasn’t especially smooth either, so 3 stars seems about right...

When my order arrived, I opened it up and went through everything one by one just to make sure it all matched. It took a little bit of checking, but in the end, everything I ordered was there and correct. No real issues overall, just a quick once-over to confirm it was all good.

I can write the review, but I need the real support issue or some actual notes first. Otherwise I’d just be making stuff up, and that’s not useful for anyone. It’s kind of frustrating trying to put together something accurate when there’s no real info to go on...

I get that the compliance reminders are probably helpful, and maybe I’m just being a bit impatient, but they started to feel pushy after a while. At first I appreciated the heads-up, but when they kept coming, it got kind of annoying.

"Pretty solid registered agent service"
I went with MyCorporation for registered agent service because I didn’t want to risk missing any important notices, it’s been a good choice so far. They’ve sent everything on time, and I can usually find my documents without having to dig around too much. Setup was simple, which I appreciated because I didn’t want to spend hours figuring it out. I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because the login page was a little clunky for me one time, but it wasn’t a big enough issue to make me regret using them. Overall, I’m happy with the service.

I thought this would be a solid buy, and at first I was like, okay, maybe it’s decent. But then I realized it’s basically just the basics for a high price. Actually, no—I’m kind of annoyed about it. Definitely doesn’t feel worth what they’re charging

"Turnaround time felt unreliable"
I used MyCorporation thinking the process would move along based on the timeline they gave me, but it ended up taking longer than I expected. The updates weren’t very clear either, which made the whole thing feel a bit frustrating. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but for me, the turnaround time just didn’t feel dependable.
